Meet Our 3rd Grade Buddies

Today we met our 3rd Grade Buddies. Yeah!!!  We are pairing up with a 3rd grade friend in Mrs. Swartz's class to do different activities every Friday.

Today the 3rd grade students read us a story, and we colored a picture about something from the story.  After that they helped us work on our new flash cards.  It was super fun!!

Today we got to play with the IPads for the first time!!! :). Yeah!!  The kids sure had a blast.

Life Education

I should be back at school tomorrow, and I know the kids have been in good hands with their substitute Mrs. Kohler.    I sure have missed them.   Mrs. Kohler has been keeping me up to date on everything that has been happening!! Yeah!!

Today the kiddos visited our Life Education van.  This is a service our school receives from Greenbush, our local Education Service Center.  The kids learned all about their bodies.  Everything from their bones to the food their bodies need to make them healthy and growth.

I hope they had a fun time today meeting Herald the giraffe.  I will see you all soon!!!

End of Summer Picnic

Last Friday was our last day of school in August and our end of summer picnic.  Yeah!!!  We sure had a lot of fun.  We also filled our jewel jar and earned an EXTRA RECESS!  That means we have been really good in class.  :)
